Create a macro

Declaration

Parameters

DIMacroFile parentFile

Parent file containing the macro
UInt32 line

Source line number where the macro is defined
MacroKind kind

Kind of macro
String name

Name of the macro
String value

Value of the macro (use String.Empty for Undefine)
